    Tuesday 10 November – Full day conference

    ITIC in partnership with WTM come up together to host a Virtual Tourism Investment Summit that will help recover businesses and restore travellers’ confidence after the COVID-19 pandemic. The travel and tourism industry more specifically the hotels and airlines sectors are going through unprecedented and challenging times caused by the pandemic on a scale not faced before. ITIC and WTM are therefore committed to support the industry and bringing together global leading voices and luminaries across different sectors, namely: health, hotels, airlines, Ministers, policy makers, investors, private equity experts and investment bankers under the same roof. They will discuss about the future of travel and tourism industry, its challenges, opportunities, financial strategies and mechanisms to put in place in order to aid its successful recovery.

    The conference on Tuesday 10th November will present a unique opportunity to address and discuss subjects under the theme of “Invest, Finance and Rebuild the Travel and Tourism Industry”. Attracting FDI in the travel and tourism sector will indeed be key to develop and rebuild the future of the industry and uplifting the economy.
