  • What should I expect if selected?

You will meet exhibitors from World Travel Market London who specifically want to meet and work with digital influencers. Last year saw around 300 exhibitors take part and these were primarily tourist boards, their representatives and travel brands.

We ask all digital influencers taking part to be seated no later than 10 minutes before the start time.

You’ll be asked to choose three categories that best suit your content. The first category is the one we will place you in to. Bloggers cover a variety of niches and target a diverse audience, so we seat bloggers in one main category, e.g. Luxury travel, adventure travel or food travel. This simplifies the process and helps exhibitors to find bloggers who meet their needs.

On occasion we do reserve the right to seat bloggers in a category that best fits the needs of our exhibitors.

  • Why do you allocate £48 from my card?

It is standard procedure at all our networking events, across our many exhibitions to ring fence an amount of money from each participant in order to reserve each networking place. We ring fence they money in a similar way that a hotel might allocate money upon arrival, we never actually take it from your card.

The money is always released if you attend or if you are not successful in applying for a place at the event. As each place is particularly valuable we do this in order to guarantee attendance.

The only time we will take the money is non-attendance at the event.

  • When will I know if I am successful?

We will notify every applicant after the application period closes to communicate whether they have been successful or not. Those that have not been successful will see the £48 charge on their credit card removed.
