    What does WTM mean?

    WTM stands for World Travel Market. World Travel Market London is the leading global event for the travel industry to meet industry professionals and conduct business deals over the course of the three days that the show is on. Through its industry networks, unrivalled global reach, WTM London creates personal and business opportunities, providing customers with quality contacts, content and communities.

    What are the opening times?

    WTM Virtual is open during the following hours

    • Mon 9 Nov 2020: 07:00 - 22:00 GMT
    • Tues 10 Nov 2020: 07:00 - 22:00 GMT
    • Wed 11 Nov 2020: 07:00 - 22:00 GMT

    This will allow access to different time zones across the globe.

    What days can I attend?

    As long as you register for the virtual event, you can attend all three days. We would highly recommend pre-scheduling your diary with meetings and conference sessions you would like to attend as the programme varies on all three days.

    Who can attend?

    Buyers’ and Media can register for free and get access to the meeting platform to pre-schedule video meetings with exhibitors and view conference session. Trade access to the virtual event is a registration fee of £34 which will give you access to all the live and on-demand conference sessions over the three days.

    Trade registration will open on the 24th September.

    What features will be at the virtual event?
    • The virtual event will take place across three days, 7am,-10pm GMT, to allow access for the different time zones across the globe.
    • Manage your own diary to block out time for breaks and schedule your favourite conference sessions
    • Pre-schedule 1-2-1 30 minute video meetings over the 3 days

    What is speed networking?

    This is where exhibitors and buyers or travel influencers meet in 5 minute mini meetings. We will be scheduling 6 virtual sessions during London Travel Week. The buyers’ club team will be recruiting buyers matched to the exhibitors needs to join these sessions.

    What is the exhibitor portal?

    The online Exhibitor Portal is an important tool for making connections with potential customers in advance of the event. Every exhibitor will need to register and create their own profile on their which will be transferred over to the virtual platform.

    What is Connect Me?

    Due to popular demand we are bringing the bespoke WTM networking system Connect Me back for a second year running.

    Use Connect Me to:

    • Search and contact new or existing contacts
    • Source new potential business partners
    • Assist with planning and scheduling your meetings
    • Select your favourite seminars and conferences
    • All of this will be synched to your Outlook calendar for your convenience. The system will also send notifications to everyone 20 minutes before each meeting reminding them of the meeting and location, meaning your onsite meetings won’t be missed again.
    What is London Travel Week?

    London Travel Week will unlock invaluable networking and business opportunities for those who journey to London, and the UK, for WTM London this year and will be an essential stepping-stone in the recovery of the tourism industry. A series of mini-virtual-events compliments the plethora of opportunities that are present for visitors of WTM London and will be a one-stop-shop for the travel industry to innovate into the future.
