Monday’s show is by invite only. Exhibitors must invite the visitors they want to see on the first day of the show. This new system will give you a unique registration link that allows your clients to register and get three-day access to the show. Exhibitors can find this in the exhibitor portal under the ‘Invite your Clients’ tab, you just need to copy this link and send it to the people you want to invite in your own personal email.

Why do I only have a 2 day badge?

You will be automatically given a 2 day pass, unless invited by an exhibitor or you receive a unique 3-day link from one of our WTM London event team.

    What are the opening times?

    What is the exhibitor portal?

You can do this via the exhibitor portal.

    What is speed networking?

This is where exhibitors and buyers or travel influencers meet in 5 minute mini meetings. They will be sat in a way which makes them easy to access and easy to approach. This is the most efficient way to get the right people talking to each other face to face. There will be two buyer speed networking sessions during WTM. On Monday, buyers will be seated according to the region they buy from. On Tuesday, buyers will be seated according to the sector or product type they buy from.

    What is Meet Me?

Our exhibitors can use our new and improved networking system to search and contact pre-registered buyers and media to connect with and to help source new potential business partners. This marketing tool has an improved search functionality meaning you find people matched to your business needs better and it has an improved diary function to assist with planning and scheduling your meetings. You can also select your favourite seminars and conferences before arriving at WTM London and all of this will be synched in your outlook diary. The system will also send notifications to everyone 20 minutes before each meeting reminding them of the meeting and location, meaning your onsite meetings won’t be missed again. It really is a great tool to use and helps you plan ahead and we know exhibitors who network with buyers generate more meetings on their stand.

    Where’s the Media Centre?

The WTM International Media Centre can be found the Middle East region on the exhibition floor (ME580).
